Who do we help?
Single homeless women who are in need of resettlement support only - no additional support needs. 6 months connection to tri-borough required.
Who we cannot help
Women with support needs or a history of arson.

How to get a referral
Accept agency referrals only.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral agency informed if client is suitable and an assessment is usually arranged when a vacancy becomes available. Applicants need proof of ID and eligibility for benefits.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
Staff provide cover Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Keyworker system, with 1 meetings a month focussing on resettlement and EET.

£12pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in courtyard. Licence agreement.
Between 8am-11pm. Male visitors up to 9pm in reception area only. No overnight guests.
Edgware Road or Marylebone tube stations - 2 minutes walk.
