Service offered

Day centre for homeless women, operating a reduced service in Elgood House due to Covid-19; Opening hours from 10am-1.30pm. All visits are by appointment only and each guest can stay for 30 minutes. Services available are take-away lunch, basic housing advice, use of the facilities (toilet) and collection of essentials (toiletries, sleeping bags, backpacks, underwear). Collection of take-away lunch available to all even without appointment. All guests are required to have their temperature taken on arrival and to inform staff of any Covid-19 symptoms. Those with symptoms will not be able to enter the building. All activities are currently suspended.

Who do we help?

Women in housing need, including rough sleepers, sofa surfers and those in temporary accommodation.
