Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless, drug/alcohol issues, mental health, care leavers, family breakdown, asylum seekers, prison leavers. Local connection is required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Social Services, Local Authority, Other professionals, Self-referrals.
Referral procedure
Referrals between Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4.00pm and Friday, 9am – 3pm. Referral form must be completed, an interview will be arranged and a risk assessment must be done.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
24 hours a day support available, weekly keyworking sessions and staff support daily. Provide supported accommodation with community services. Mary Seacole work with each of our clients to develop a personal support plan, identifying each person’s needs and aspirations.

£12pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: Accommodation for one wheelchair user, with adaptations made in the project.
- Other facilities: Lounge, access to computers and garden.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Licence agreement, over 18’s are able to sign in alcohol in accordance to Mary Seacole policy. Smoking is permitted in bedrooms or designated areas. Curfew are in place. Service users must engage in their support plan.
Visitors
Visitors are permitted in the projects in accordance to the visitor’s policy of each project. Strictly no overnight guests.
