Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people in housing need aged 16-23 with low to medium support needs around independent living. Preference given to applicants with a local connection to Malvern Hills area, Must be willing to engage in employment, education or training.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month

Support and accommodation
6 staff, 24 hour sleep-in cover. Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed at least monthly. Staff give help with independent living skills including budgeting and cooking, and support around general welfare and personal development. Outreach support also available to non-residents.

£9.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Residents must engage in employment, education or training. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
One at a time per resident between 9am-11pm. No overnight guests.
Malvern Link train station - 10 mins walk. Bus stop - 5 mins walk.
