How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Social Services, Luton Borough Council, short stay hostels and drug and alcohol agencies.

Support and accommodation
1 full time and 1 part time staff, waking night cover. Keywork system with meetings held weekly. Support plans reviewed monthly. Staff offer advice and support with independent living skills, health issues, liaising with specialist support agencies, accessing education and training and social activities.

£13.76pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Compulsory residents' meetings. Smoking allowed in own rooms and garden only. Licence agreement.
4pm-11pm Mon-Fri, 8am-11pm Sat-Sun. No overnight guests.
