Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-25 in housing need who require support around independent living. Must be willing to engage in employment, education or training. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Ludlow and Shropshire.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Housing Options Team, Social Services, YOS and Connexions.
Write or call in Mon-Fri 9am-10pm. Application form. Interview and risk assessment. Require proof of ID and background information from relevant agencies involved with applicant.

Support and accommodation
5 full time staff available 9am-10pm Mon-Fri, 12 noon-8pm Sat & Sun, with security covering 9pm-6am. Compulsory support involving keywork (3 residents per key worker) with monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed monthly. Staff offer support and advice on life skills and help with accessing employment, training and specialist welfare services. Foyer has strong links with Connexions and County Training Services.
