Who do we help?
Single homeless people between age 18-59 who have established mental health problems and are on CPA. Can also accept those with alcohol and substance misuse problems. Must have a local connection to Southwark and funding arranged.
Who we cannot help
Those with a history of arson.

How to get a referral
Named agency referrals via the High Support Rehabilitation Team eg Southwark based CMHTs and care co-ordinators.
Phone Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm. Application form completed by potential resident and referral agency. Require psychiatric reports. Interview. If accepted, placed on waiting list if no vacancy. Must have funding arranged.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff provide support daily 8am-10pm, night concierge from 1pm-8am. Positive Pathways support planning sessions every month with reviews every six months. Weekly drop-in clinic with Supported Living Team care co-ordinators. Staff provide support around medication, substance use, employment, income maximisation.
