Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people or couples aged over 25 with histories of rough sleeping and complex needs who have a City of Westminster connection of 6 months or more, including those with support needs around substance use as well as mental and physical health care. Must be CHAIN verified.
Who we cannot help
Any outside target group. Those currently using class A or B drugs.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from agencies that are part of Westminster Building Based Services.
All referrals must be through the Westminster Assessment and Referral Form.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1-3 Months
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
14 staff, 24 hour cover. Keywork and support system (5 residents per key worker). Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least every three months. Physical health support, access to detox via treatment services and support around harm reduction. Advice and support around independent living skills. More intense support in flats to prepare residents for living independently. Turning Point - weekly visits from drug and alcohol worker to offer support around addiction and access to detox/rehab.
