Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless men, particularly rough sleepers with support needs, including those with alcohol, drugs and mental health issues. Can accept people with dogs. Priority to those with a connection to RB Kensington & Chelsea.
Who we cannot help
No specific exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Social Inclusion Team, RB Kensington & Chelsea, 74-76 Pembroke Road, London W8 6NX, tel 020 7361 821
Phone Housing Options on 020 7361 3008 daily 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by applicant and referral agency. Interview. May require additional information if applicant has complex needs. Single Homeless Team who is the gatekeeper to this service. The referrers come self referral, housing options, outreach team, Community Mental Health Team, Probation Service, etc.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Maximum stay: 24 months
Support and accommodation
13 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory one to one keywork system with at least monthly meetings. Action plan with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Support provided around health, life skills, employment and training, meaningful occupation and benefits. Daily activities.

Catered £32.97 and self catering £13.07 pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 2 rooms are fully wheelchair accessible. Building has a ramp to the entrance and grab rails.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork system. Alcohol allowed in resident's room only. Smoking allowed in designated bedrooms and garden. Licence agreement.
Between 10.00am-7pm at staff discretion. Visitors allowed in resident's room only. Visitors must have ID with them for entry into the service.
Earl's Court tube - 5 minutes walk. Buses 74, 31, C1.
