Who do we help?
Single people who are homeless or in housing need with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health problems. Must have a local connection to Peterborough.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from alcohol projects, CDT, Probation Service and mental health services. Referral agency must give commitment to continued support.

Support and accommodation
6 full time staff and 4 part time staff. Project is manned 24/7 apart from Saturdays and Sundays and is unmanned from 8am – 10am. Key workers allocated. weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Staff provide advice and support with living skills, including cleaning, cooking and budgeting.

Household items to support residents to set up their own home when ready to move on. Money which is used for residents’ fund. This money is used to provide events e.g. Christmas meal, trips out. Call on 01733 553449.
