Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including those with mental health problems, learning difficulties and dependency problems. Accept ex-offenders and those on bail conditions. Must have a local connection to Peterborough.
Who we cannot help
History or recent history of arson, those with significant mental health needs, and needs too high to be managed at the service, schedule 1 offenders/those posing a risk to children, danger to self/others ASB, those with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency in the local area.
Phone or call 24 hours a day, complete Referral Form. First come, first served basis. Risk assessment before admission. Admission and housing benefit forms filled in on arrival. Require proof of ID and National Insurance number.

- Minimum stay: None
- Maximum stay: 1-3 Months
Support and accommodation
4 Support Staff and 2 Night Porters. Keywork sessions where staff provide advice, support, independent living skills. Homelessness Outcome Star.
