In 3 houses there is 24 hour support with waking night staff. Key work sessions offer support on benefits, shopping, cleaning, attending appointments, medication. In 6 house there are outreach visits around 2 to 3 times weekly offering practical support on benefits, volunteering and work opportunities, attending appointments.
