Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless and vulnerable people with support needs. Two for young people (16-25) only. Must have a local connection to Bristol.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Bristol City Council's Housing Support Register (HSR).
Applications via Bristol City Council or any RSL within Bristol. Once completed form has been input, client is placed on relevant waiting list to be contacted by specific RSL for interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
Staff visit residents weekly-fortnightly. Low level of support. Keywork system and action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around tenancy related issues, benefits, alcohol and drug use, access to education, training and employment.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Can stay overnight. May need to arrange in liaison with staff for resident's first month.
