Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Priority is given to 16 and 17 year olds and those with local connection.
Who we cannot help
Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-6pm for application form. Informal visit, interview and risk and needs assessment meeting.

- Maximum stay: 1 Year max over 17
Support and accommodation
3 waking night staff and 4 daytime staff providing 24 hour cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide support around daily living skills.
Rooms and charges
£10 - £12 service charge per week for all services for those in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished.

- Disabled facilities: Hostel accessible to wheelchair users.
- Other facilities: Training Kitchen and Conference room open to agencies to use. Shared outdoor space, communal lounge and kitchen.

House rules and tenure
May have up to two daytime guests up until midnight, but need to be signed in and out. Overnight guests three times a week, but need ID and to sign in.
