How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency or prison.
All referrals go through Mainstay system, with a number of assessment points around the city, with Liverpool YMCA being a 24/7 assessment point. For further information visit: mainstayliverpool.org.uk
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
8 full time support staff, housing staff operate daytime shifts. Night-time customer support worker. Staff provide support with substance misuse, mental health, offending behaviour, managing living skills.

£12.35pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 4 rooms accessible to wheelchair users. Ramp and adapted toilet. Alarm/light in one room for deaf residents.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in outdoor shed area only. Licence agreement.
Between 9.30am-9pm with staff permission. No overnight guests.
Moorfields train station - 10 minutes walk.
