Who do we help?
Young single homeless people. No local connection required. 10 spaces are specifically for people with a black and minority ethnic background.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Thurs 9.30am-5pm, Fri 9.30am-4.30pm or download a referral form from the website. Interview, including assessment of support needs and risk. May require background information around any offending issues.

Support and accommodation
Staff available Monday-Thursday 9.30am-5pm, Friday 9.30am-4.30pm, emergency on-call system out of hours. Keyworker system. Staff provide support around independent living skills, accessing training and employment, and finding appropriate long term accommodation.

£6.02pw required from residents in receipt of benefits in shared accommodation.

No smoking in communal areas. House rules. 6 month assured shorthold tenancy.
Up to 2 visitors per resident at any one time. No overnight guests.
