Drop-in Advice Service (the 'Housing Crisis Intervention Service') offers advice on housing and benefits, maximising income, statutory rights, accessing health services and securing accommodation. In line with homelessness legislation, which dictates a person's local connection to be resident in a borough for six out of twelve months or three years out of five, KCAH prioritises those clients with a connection to Kingston upon Thames. New clients should come to a morning drop-in session which are run Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 1pm.
