Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Vulnerable single women aged 16-26 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Must be willing to engage and commit to daily activities. Upper age limit flexible. No local connection required.

Who we cannot help

Applicants are considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Can accept referrals direct from prison.

Referral procedure

Phone 24 hours daily to check vacancies/waiting list. Application form completed by prospective resident or referral agency. Interview.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 1 month
  • Maximum stay: 2 years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

9 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Regular keywork sessions. Residents must commit to support plans and engage with staff. Staff provide support in helping residents claim benefits, life skills and accessing local services.

£13.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies

House rules and tenure

No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking only allowed in garden between 4pm and 10pm. Licence agreement.

Visitors

No male visitors. Visitors in communal areas only. No overnight guests.
