Who do we help?
Single homeless women with support needs. Must have a local connection to Devon, unless escaping from domestic violence.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, including Probation service. All referrals via SHOT. Can accept referrals direct from prison.
Must complete Eastern Hub Assessment Form. Accommodation is offered following assessment and interview.

- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
17 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system, with weekly meetings. Staff offer life skills training, including cleaning, budgeting, shopping and cooking, and liaise with other local agencies to ensure that support is available to residents after move-on.

£7.50pw minimum required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in smoking room only. Licence agreement.
Women visitors only, between 10am-10pm. No under 16s. No overnight guests.
