Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with additional support needs, including mental health problems and substance misuse issues. Must have a local connection to RB Kensington & Chelsea.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals must come through the RB Kensington & Chelsea Housing Options Team.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for initial enquiries. Interview. Require risk assessment and psychiatric report if relevant. Require proof of ID and benefits.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2-5 years
Support and accommodation
Medium support schemes have 1:10 staff to resident ratio, 1:3 in high support. Staff on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with monthly meetings. Joint action plans include tenancy sustainment, emotional support, access to employment and training, preparing for independent living. Access to St Mungo's work and learning projects.

£7.74-£15.07pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
Residents can smoke in own room and garden only. Assured shorthold tenancy or licence agreement.
Can stay overnight with staff permission.
All schemes are within 10 minutes walk of a tube station.
