Refugees low to medium support needs. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Nottingham City.

Who we cannot help

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

Referral procedure

Contact project between 9 to 5pm interview and needs assessment conducted.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 6 months
  • Maximum stay: 2 years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

5 full time and 3 part time staff, 1 volunteer, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (3-7 residents per keyworker), weekly meetings. Staff provide support around training, education and employment, life skills, resettlement and independent living skills.

House rules and tenure

No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.


3pm-9.30pm Mon-Fri, 2pm-9.30pm Sat-Sun. No overnight guests. No unaccompanied minors.
