Who do we help?
People with complex mental health needs including dual diagnosis who have a local connection to RB Kingston upon Thames.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Kingston agencies.
Applicant and agency complete form. Interview. Require proof of ID, Social Services and psychiatric reports.

Support and accommodation
8 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system, with meetings at least monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff offer advice and support and liaise with outside agencies. Education, sports and arts activities are accessed locally.

£11.53pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
In communal areas only, until 10pm. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Kingston train station - 4 minutes walk. Kingston bus station - 2 minutes walk.
