Who do we help?
Single homeless people. Can accommodate one dog per person. Max of 3 dogs. No local connection required. Reconnection policy in place, applied depending on individual circumstances.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
First come, first served basis. Entrance at 8pm. Last admissions at midnight. Those already using the service need to pre-book night by night in order to retain their bed. Even when full always find accommodation for additional single homeless women and vulnerable men.

Support and accommodation
Staffed 24/7 with 2 staff on duty overnight. Staff provide practical support, referrals to specialist agencies, benefits advice. Meaningful occupation activities run by day centre on same site.

First 2 nights free, then £3 per night.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Written house rules. Alcohol and drug paraphernalia must be handed in at door. Smoking only allowed in outdoor area.
Bath train and bus station - 5 minutes walk.
Currently have approx 50 volunteers, help with cooking and serving meals, mentoring and befriending, running reading group, arts group. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone her on 01225 354650 for further information.
