Who do we help?
Former rough sleepers who have previously accessed Manvers Street Hostel, and have a clear exit route into more permanent accommodation, and occasionally rough sleepers identified by Assertive Outreach. No local connection required. Residents can have 1 dog each. 3 dogs in house max.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referrals via caseworkers at Manvers Street Hostel and Assertive Outreach Team.
Length of stay
Support and accommodation
Caseworkers provide support with ongoing housing issues and resettlement. Support plans with agreed outcomes. Building is covered by CCTV and is monitored by staff in first stage hostel. Corn Street residents may access day services at Manvers Street project.

£7.90pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Clients must engage with support offered. Smoking allowed in own bedroom only. Must not refuse offer of appropriate move-on accommodation.
Strictly no visitors.
Bath bus and train stations - 5 minutes walk.
