Who do we help?
Single people with alcohol issues. Must have a local connection to the area. Can accept people with dogs.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

- Maximum age accepted: 65
How to get a referral
Accept via the InForm system or directly from Jane Welsh.
Phone 9am-5pm. Interview and regular visits prior to uptake of accommodation. Need NI number for housing benefits claim.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time and 1 part time staff. Staff provide support to reduce both the amount and harm caused by excessive alcohol use. Residents should work towards an alcohol detox or drinking in a controlled way.

£35pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Smoking only allowed in own rooms and garden. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-6pm. No overnight guests.
Buses stop directly outside project.
