Single homeless people. No local connection required. Can accept people with dogs. Priority given to rough sleepers

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals and referrals from local Partner agencies.

Referral procedure

Contact in person at any time between 8.00am and 9.30pm. Pre-entry brief assessment. Require NI number for housing benefit claim. If No Recourse to Public Funds, can remain in the service for 14 days

Support and accommodation

Support offered

30 staff, 215 volunteers. Weekly keywork sessions. Staff provide assistance with benefits claims, resettlement programme, support to access health care, support with drug and alcohol issues.
