Single vulnerable people with low to medium support needs. Priority is given to those with a local connection to LB Brent.
Who we cannot help
People with current unaddressed alcohol/drug use, those with unaddressed mental health needs or those with a conviction for arson or abuse.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support is provided by Look Ahead, who help meet support needs and build skills to prepare for move-on to independent housing. Signpost to other agencies as required.

Approx £8pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed. No smoking permitted in communal areas. Assured shorthold tenancy.
No overnight guests.
