Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-30, who are at risk or vulnerable, with support needs or in need of additional support in relation to mental health problems. Can accept couples, no local connection required.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of arson or serious violence. Sex offenders. People with a history of drug misuse or criminal behaviour will be assessed on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals or referrals from any professional agency / organisation.
Phone, call in to office daily 9am-5pm or email for application form, or apply online via website. Forms completed by referral agency and prospective resident. Interview to assess support needs and suitability. Require ID and proof of income for housing.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time staff available Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm. Emergency on call service. Staff provide advice and assistance with independent living skills, housing related issues, income, healthy living, mental health, employment, education and training, basic numeracy and literacy, CV writing and job searching. Basic support visits take place once a week for 1 hour. Additional support packages available subject to assessment and funding available.

£21.58 per week required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy. No alcohol allowed on the premises for under 18s. No alcohol in communal areas. No Smoking. Must access all support on offer as part of the tenancy.
To 12 midnight. Guests must have ID and fill in form. Overnight guests only with management permission.
52 bus, 3 minute walk to nearest bus stop. Tram, 5 minute walk to nearest tram stop.
Happy to accept volunteers who wish to befriend or set up / run diversionary activities for service users, fundraise or provide ideas to help in the support of service users. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0114 243 1850 for further information.
