Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single young people aged 16-24 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Applicants must have support needs.
Who we cannot help
Active drug users and people with a history of arson.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Eden Council, Inspira and Social Services.
Write, phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency prior to interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
1 full time and 1 part time member of staff on-site 9am-10pm daily, security staff 10pm-5am, emergency on-call system. Keyworker system (3 residents per keyworker), with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide advice, help with living skills, housing, money management, training and employment

£14.51pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Must take part in the cleaning rota. Licence agreement.
Until 11pm. Overnight guests with staff permission.
