Housing related support for people with mental health problems living in Darlington; Housing related support for young people aged 16-25 living in County Durham and Stockton on Tees; Housing related support for the Gypsy, Roma and traveller community living in County Durham; Housing related support for people living in County Durham who are at risk of eviction due to their anti-social behaviour.
