How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Youth Offending Team, Hull City Council Housing Department and the Probation Service.
Phone or call in 24 hours daily. Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID. Request background information from agencies involved with applicant.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
1 staff member on duty at all times, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (3 residents per keyworker) with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly or as required. Staff offer advice and support with independent living skills, budgeting and benefits, general welfare and liaison with specialist support agencies.

£26.75pw required from residents over 25, £20pw from residents under 25 in receipt of benefits.

Smoking allowed in own room only. Licence agreement.
Not during meal times, must leave by 10.30pm. No overnight guests.
Hull train station - 5 minutes walk. Hull bus station - 5 minutes walk.
