Single homeless men over 25 with housing-related support needs. Local connection to Hertfordshire taken into consideration.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 offenders including arsonists, sex offenders and people with a recent conviction for violence.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency. Accept referrals from prison if can interview face to face and release date is within 3 months.
Agency referrals only. Phone or email for referral form and disclosure of information consent form, to be completed by referring agency and applicant.

Support and accommodation
24 hour staffing, waking night cover. Linkwork system with regular meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as required. Staff help residents develop independent living skills. Close links with other agencies including CRI, CMHT, probation, St Albans District Council and Oaklands College.

A weekly charge to claimants is required

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in single rooms and garden only. No alcohol in communal areas. Licence agreement.
10am-10pm, must be over 18. No overnight guests.
St Albans City train station - 5 minutes walk.
Food, bedding, towels, money. Phone project for details.
