Single homeless people with support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders and people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Gravesham Borough Council's Homeless Unit and from the CAB.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 10am-4pm to arrange interview, where application form is completed. Need two proofs of ID, eg passport, NI card, medical card, signing-on book.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
5 full time staff and 20 volunteers, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (2 residents per keyworker), weekly keywork meetings. Staff provide support with independent living skills, budgeting, shopping, writing a CV and finding accommodation.

£19.74pw (shared room), £21.82pw (single room)required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Can smoke in the garden only. Licence agreement.
In the sitting room. No overnight guests.
Gravesend train station - 5 minutes walk.
