Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including rough sleepers and those with chaotic and unstable lifestyles. Can accept 1 dog or cat per night. Priority given to applicants with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Call in at 11 Queen Street or phone 01909 489990. Application form to be completed before consideration. Emergency beds allocated at 2pm.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 4 months
Support and accommodation
5 full time staff with additional housing officers providing cover overnight. Keywork system, meetings at least fortnightly. External trainers run workshops.

£2 per night required from clients in receipt of benefits.

No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking only allowed in the back garden. Licence agreement.
Worksop bus station - 5 minutes walk. Worksop train station - 15 minutes walk.
