Who do we help?
Homeless people with a connection to LB Havering. Can accept couples, must sleep separately.
Who we cannot help
Sex offenders, arsonists, people with a history of extreme violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Will accept referrals from prison and probation.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 3 months
Support and accommodation
4-6 volunteers on site each night. Key work sessions. Provide help with benefits, housing advice, budgeting, jobs. Referrals to specialist agencies.
Rooms and charges
Each resident signs a license agreement if on benefits and claims housing benefits. Working people pay directly. We also take people with no recourse to public funds.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No drugs or alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in designated areas only.
Allowed with prior approval of team leader, must leave by 10.15pm.
Office - Romford train station. Buses to Romford Market.
Currently have 100 volunteers, help with admin, befriending, art classes, sport, cycling, writing CVs. Phone 01708755321 for further information.
