Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless or potentially homeless people with medium to high support needs. Primary group is over 22. Priority to those with a local connection to Vale of White Horse District Council or South Oxfordshire District Council. Dogs may be considered. Dog contract will be required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referrals through District Co-ordinator at Vale of White Horse District Council.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral form completed by District Co-ordinator and applicant prior to assessment interview.

- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support staff available during office hours. Provide emotional support, advice and advocacy around independent living, budgeting, training and employment. Residents are expected to attend regular keywork sessions.

Residents pay own electricity, water rates and TV licence.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own flat only. Must attend house meetings. Assured short hold tenancy.
Up to 2 visitors allowed at a time. Can have overnight guests twice a week.
Bus to Oxford city (20 mins) stops directly opposite the project.
