Who do we help?
Single homeless people. Can accept people with substance misuse problems providing that they are prepared to attend treatment programmes. Must have local connection to Blackpool.
Who we cannot help
People with convictions for sexual offences or arson.

- Maximum age accepted: 65
How to get a referral
All referrals via Blackpool Housing Options.
Phone Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4.30pm. Brief interview to ensure applicants meet admission criteria and obtain any other relevant background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 9 months
Support and accommodation
4 full time support staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support tailored to residents' needs covering basic life skills (eg cooking, budgeting), support and help with finding training or employment and identifying move-on options. Participation in support programme is a condition of residence. Referrals to external specialists as required.

£29.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in support programme and cleaning rota. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Agreement for residence form.
In ground floor communal rooms only. Must leave by 10pm. No overnight guests.
Bus 11 - bus stop 5 minutes walk.
