Who do we help?
People with severe and enduring mental health problems. Priority given to applicants with a local connection. No couples, no dogs.

How to get a referral
Referrals accepted from the Community Mental Health Team. Client must have a Care Co.
Referral form filled in by Care Co. Needs to include Risk Assessment and Care Plan and any other supporting documents. Once all paperwork received, project staff will complete an assessment with the client and this will then be taken to allocations. Care Co will be informed of decision who will speak to the client.
Length of stay
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
4 full time and 4 part time staff on-site Mon-Sun 8.30am-5.30pm, sleep-in cover 5.30pm-8.30am . Keywork system (2-3 residents per worker), weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide help with daily living skills, finance, budgeting, and access to paid and voluntary work, education and training. Involve agencies relevant to support needed.

Lowestoft Train station – 25 min walk from project. Bus station – 30 min walk from project. Bus stops all along Kirkley Cliff Road.
