Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs. No local connection needed but must be eligible for Housing Benefit.
Who we cannot help
Applicants who are deemed too high risk at assessment interview.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Stonham: 0121 380 4900 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm who will assess whether referral into supported housing is appropriate and if so identify whether there is an appropriate vacancy.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 1 part time staff provide visiting support Mon-Fri 8am-8pm. key worker system with support meetings as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Staff offer support and advice around living skills, addressing offending behaviour, accessing training and employment, and moving towards resettlement.

£9-£12.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
House rules agreed amongst residents. No smoking allowed on premises. Licence agreement.
Can stay overnight with staff permission - limited number of nights. No under 18s.
All houses are close to bus routes.
