Who do we help?
Single homeless women aged 16 and over, including women with mental health or substance misuse problems, care leavers and ex-offenders. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Convicted child sex offenders.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Require background information from agencies eg CPN, mental health social workers, if contact has been significant.
Referring agencies will complete a HAF and risk assessment. When a vacancy becomes available and criteria is met an interview will be arranged
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2-3 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
11 staff, 24 hour waking cover 6 keyworkers who generally hold 6-7 clients each. Keyworking is weekly/fortnightly or monthly dependent on needs of the client, the outcome star is used. Support plans cover living skills, advice on benefits, housing, employment and training, emotional support, we also refer to specialist services. Other agencies run courses around building self esteem/ emotional well being/cookery.

House rules and tenure
Must attend weekly support sessions. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own room only. Licence agreement.
