Rough sleepers, single homeless and vulnerably housed people. Priority to people with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
People without recourse to public funds are only accepted for 3 nights. All other applications are considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for referral form or print off from website. Form should be completed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed. Referral can also be made via the drop-in service Mon-Fri 2pm-3.30pm.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 4 weeks
Support and accommodation
7 full time, 4 part time staff. Linkwork system with meetings as necessary. Staff provide resettlement support and signposting to benefits advice, health and specialist services. Drop-in service on same site for homeless and vulnerably housed people Mon-Fri.
Rooms and charges
£1.00 per night required from residents in receipt of benefits. More for working residents ? means tested with entitlement to benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in designated area only. Must sign support agreement and copy of communal living codes.
St Albans train station - 15 minutes walk. Town centre bus stops - 5 minutes walk.
