Who do we help?
Young single homeless people with support needs. Local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders and people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 10am-10pm or write. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID and references.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time and 4 part time staff, available Mon-Fri 10am-10pm, weekends 2pm-10pm. Night staff available daily 9.45pm-6.45am. key worker system, with meetings at least weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly-6 monthly. Provide advice and support around independent living skills, communication, benefits, education, training and employment and help with accessing relevant agencies.
