Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Homeless households to whom Harrogate Borough Council has a statutory duty of care, as per current homelessness legislation. May accommodate those currently under investigation by the Council.
Who we cannot help
Applicants who are considered to pose a serious risk to themselves, to other residents and/or to staff.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via the Council's Housing Options Team.
Call in, phone Mon-Fri 9am-4.40pm, except Weds 9am-12.30pm or write. Application form completed by applicant prior to interview. May require additional supporting information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
3 full time and 2 part time staff based on-site at some schemes Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, visiting support 2-3 times a week at other schemes, emergency on-call system. Provide support around finances, social skills, accessing specialist services, and generally minimising the impact of homelessness. Other support groups may be available, such as Mums and Tots Group with the Child Support Worker.

£10.85-£16.31pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, most with ensuite facilities.

- Disabled facilities: Two flats are accessible for people using wheelchairs.
