No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Drop in to the day centre Mon-Fri 9.00am -3.30pm. Ideally before 2pm if you require urgent assistance. May require proof of identity. Initial assessment. Admission forms completed by staff on arrival.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 7 nights
Support and accommodation
Staff provide support Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and Sun 9am-5pm, night security cover 9pm-9am and Sat-Sun 5pm-9am.
Rooms and charges
£1.50 per night required from residents receiving benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 2 ground floor rooms are accessible. Lift from forecourt to ground floor.

No alcohol, smoking or weapons allowed on the premises. Written house rules.
Bus station - 2 minutes walk. Southend on Sea Central train station - 10-15 minutes walk.
