Who do we help?
Single homeless men aged 25-60. Prioritise men with alcohol and drug addictions. Accept ex-offenders. Priority given to applicants from Watford and Three Rivers areas.
Who we cannot help
Those with a history of violence, arson or child abuse.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency.
Contact by phone 10am-4pm. Application form completed by potential resident and agency. Interview. New residents are accepted on a 14 day trial basis.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 2 part time staff, plus volunteers, 24 hour cover. Residents meet with a member of staff at least weekly for advice and support around benefits, employment and move-on options. Residents have action plans with agreed outcomes. Weekly workshops and therapeutic classes. Refer residents to the local drug and alcohol unit if necessary.

£29.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Compulsory program of support. No alcohol or drugs allowed on the premises. Smoking in garden only. Licence agreement.
In lounge and garden only. No overnight guests.
Watford Junction station - 20 minutes walk.
