Who do we help?
Single homeless people sleeping rough in West London, including those with a range of support needs. Can take referrals from other areas of London, space permitting.
Who we cannot help
Those exhibiting abusive behaviour. People with high support needs around substance use. Those with high mental health support needs who are not linked into appropriate services. People with a history of arson or violence.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or drugs within or around the shelters. Includes non-empty bottles. No abusive or anti-social behaviour of any kind. No indoor smoking. Once inside the venue, please stay within the premises. Leaving the venue will forfeit your place.
