How to get a referral
Referrals made via Liverpool Housing Options Team at local One-Stop Shop and Careline (0151 233 3800). Geneva Road is a MainStay referral point so women can self-refer to that route.
Phone interview and risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
12 staff, 24 hour waking cover with 2 members of staff on duty per shift. Keywork system with a planned resettlement programme for each resident, which can include life skills training and advice, assistance and referrals around special needs.

£11pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Female visitors over 16 only, between 10am and 8pm. No overnight guests.
