Who do we help?
Single women aged 16-24 who are homeless or unsuitably housed, including young people at risk and women affected by domestic violence. Can consider mother and baby. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Referrals via Suffolk Coordination scheme, who accept referrals from IBC, Make A Change Team, probation, CRC, drug & alcohol agencies, social services, education, safeguarding teams, Lighthouse, Catch 22, other housing providers.

Support and accommodation
Staff on site Mon-Say 8am-8pm. Emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly meetings. support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice, guidance and signposting.
