Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single young people aged 16-24 who are homeless or unsuitably housed. Accept people with alcohol, drug and mental health issues. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Sex Offenders due to young customer group.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Suffolk Coordination Service, who can accept referrals from prisons.
Assessments will generally take place Mon-Friday between the hours of 10am - 5pm.

Support and accommodation
Staff on site, sleep-in cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice, guidance and signposting.

£6.29pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Alcohol allowed in own room only if over 18. No smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
1 visitor, 8am-10pm. No overnight guests.
Lowestoft bus station - 5 minutes walk.
