Some arsonists, people with criminal violence records, some sex offenders (site is near a school), people with high support needs.

Support and accommodation
1 member of staff on duty Mon-Sat, sleep-in cover all week. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice, guidance and signposting.
